Payment Information

Prices and checkout for both the United States and Canada use USD. Available payment methods are shown at checkout before you submit payment. Review your order total before paying. A card issuer may apply its own currency conversion or fees if your account uses another currency.

Standard shipping is free on all orders to supported addresses, with no minimum spend. Displayed prices include applicable sales taxes, import duties and customs clearance charges; WARMVALE does not collect those import charges on delivery.

Do not send card numbers or security codes by email or through the contact form. Contact support@warmvalebath.com with payment questions. See our Returns and Refunds Policy for refund timing.
