For new orders placed after our October 4, 2026 policy update, request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery and send it within 15 business days after approval. Older orders retain their 30-business-day request window.
Returns and direct exchanges go through our United States return facility. Customers pay actual ordinary return costs. We advance return customs clearance charges and provide the customs bill before deducting them from the refund, without charging twice. WARMVALE covers seller-responsibility issues.
Inspection: up to 5 business days after receipt. An eligible refund is initiated within 3 business days after inspection; payment-provider processing may take a further 10 business days. After-sales business days are Monday-Friday excluding United States public holidays.
For new orders, the estimated total time to receive an eligible refund is up to 30 calendar days after our facility receives the return, including inspection, refund initiation and bank posting. The stages above are included within this total. Older orders retain their original terms.

Free standard shipping on every order to supported addresses in the contiguous United States and Canada. No minimum order. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other excluded destinations are not served.
Preparation: 1-4 business days. Estimated transit after dispatch: 8-15 business days. Delivery is to your home entrance; installation and upstairs delivery are not included.
